Signs of Pregnancy

The most common sign of pregnancy is a missed period. However, there are many reasons why that may occur. Ask yourself if you are under stress, or if you have been exercising harder than usual. Sometimes your period can be late for no reason at all. Other questions to ask are:

-Are your breasts tender or swollen?
-Do you have to urinate more often than usual?
-Are you feeling unusually tired?
-Do you feel light-headed or dizzy?
-Do you crave certain foods, or do certain foods make you sick?
-Are you sick to your stomach in the morning, or even all day long?

If your period is late, and you are experiencing any of these symptoms (or even if you’re not) call us at 397-0600 to do a free, confidential pregnancy test. Even if it is negative, we are happy to relieve your mind.

If you do a home pregnancy test, one thing to be aware of is that the test can be wrong, even if it is positive. One sure way of confirming a pregnancy is with an ultrasound. Our medical team will be happy to do one for you, so that you can know for sure!
